New hardware often needs new drivers. Usually the drivers needed are delivered with the device but it happens that the required software is lacking or the version is way too old.
If that is the case, WWW helps. Almost all producers have WWW sites where you can download the latest drivers for their devices and possibly other useful software.
When serching drivers, start directly on the web site of the producer of the device. You can well guess the address. For example the address of the Intel site is logically enough <URL: http://www.intel.com/ >. Search engines for example at <URL: http://appro.mit.jyu.fi/haku/yleiset.shtml > help if guessing doesn't succeed. Google is usually the best one for finding WWW sites of companies.
